The new low backlash PSBF servo planetary gear units in flange block design are characterized by an extremely high torsional rigidity and pull-out rigidity. The flange block gear unit is especially efficient when it comes to absorption of large radial and axial loads on the output shaft. Furthermore, drive components can be fitted directly, positively and free from backlash onto the drive flange according to EN ISO 9409. This eliminates the need for costly couplings or clamping sets. Five sizes cover a rated torque range of 55 to 1,750 Nm and can be driven with acceleration torques of up to 2,500 Nm.> |

The two-stage, low backlash helical-bevel servo gear units are characterized by wear-free and especially low-noise operating characteristics over the entire service life. The advantages of high efficiencies are apparent in both the driving and the driven operating status, especially in reversing operation. The BSF gear units are available in six sizes with rated torques up to 1,500 Nm, gear ratios up to i = 40 and circumferential backlashes of less than three angular minutes.

Geared motors for trolley drives |
Trolley drives have become an essential feature of the assembly halls in major high-volume companies. They play a particularly dominant role in the automotive industry. Quickly, quietly and reliably, they transport body panels, doors, engines and windscreens to the assembly station.
Automatic controllers tell them to pick up the correct version in each case, and they transport it reliably through the maze of routes to the destination. All this takes place without touching the floor or impeding the movement of industrial trucks.
Trolley drive systems for extensive production halls must be extremely flexible and reliable. The new trolley drives from SEW-EURODRIVE - whether in the light or the heavy range - can be individually adapted to the specific conditions.
|
|
Compliant with standards and very quiet, the drives for trolley drives according to the C1 directive (VDI directive 3643)
Sizes HW30 and HS40 satisfy the requirements of the C1 standard. Both drives operate with a reliable dog clutch. They are
- low-maintenance; the HW30 comes with lubrication for life and thus offers high levels of serviceability and productivity,
- smooth running for operation without vibration,
- low-noise for use in skilled operative workstations,
- compact with a space-saving design.
The right drives for an trolley drive system to VDI directive 3643.
